Jemma is a mentor/facilitator at Tracks, a music charity who recently received funding from the Ed Sheeran Foundation. She has also delivered numerous workshops involving jazz and improvisation (with Blue Jam Arts and Emergence Collective) and masterclasses and guest lectures (at Leeds Conservatoire and Leeds Arts Uni).
